“A grant from the European Fisheries Fund (EFF) is being used to help promote UK-produced smoked fish products. Funding of around £25,000 has been awarded from the EFF and the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) and will be used alongside a grant from the Seafish Industry Project Fund to help raise awareness of smoked fish products among consumers, in particular in the high-end retail and food service markets.”
